Are You A Good Decision Maker?



Systematic decision-making process helps you address the critical elements that result in a good decision. By taking an organized approach, you're less likely to miss important factors, and you can build on the approach to make your decisions better and better.

The following are the steps to making an effective decision:
- Define the problem in writing, and then create a constructive environment.
- Generate good alternatives, explore these alternatives, following by choose the best.
- Communicate the decision to everyone who will either be impacted by it.
- Evaluate the consequences of the decision as they are unfold.
- Trust yourself and your insight, experience and ability.

Leadership is the process of keeping your vision and values before you and aligning your life to be congruent一致 with them.







A poor winner

A poor winner will gloat, taunt or ridicule the opponent. It is also a way to lose friends. Instead, the winner should be gracious高尚的in the victory.


Gloating 幸灾乐祸 is usually not considered poor sportsmanship, but it does show a lack of character. Gloating is the act of expressing great pleasure or self-satisfaction in the victory.


Taunting嘲弄 is directly insulting or jeering the opponent. It can be done after winning a point in a competition and after the victory. It is ridiculing the losing side and trying to continue the verification of which side is superior.



You have proved your point and do not need to emphasize that you are better in the competition.

Who is a winner


Why shouldn't all of us become winners? Who is a winner and what qualities are needed to make a winner? Many other qualities add up to make a true winner in the millions. Below are some of the qualities that define a winner:

Obstacles
Winners come across same obstacles as everybody else. But they take them as challenges.

Focus
The winners have focus. Rather than giving away their energy to small ideas, they focus on the larger objective and work towards that.

Hard work
The objective of working towards the goal gives them so much energy that the tiredness finds no place in their scheme of things.

Dealing with your desk



Messy desk is a sign of creativity and imagination. Normally this is just the excuses. Whether it is at home, school, college or office, your desk is the hub中心 of your daily activities. But it also becomes a dumping抛弃ground as well. Littered杂乱with all kinds of paper, mementos纪念品and personal items, it resembles相似chaos无秩序not order.

Remember, your desk is your work center. The less clutter and knick knacks there, the more space there will be for real work.

If you are motivated this will come easily. It is important to know that paper clutter is postponed decisions and you will find much of the paper on your desk is outdated and no longer of interest.

Active Listening

Active listening means restating, in your own words, what the other person has said; is a way of listening and responding to another person that improves mutual understanding. These all help resolve a situation when there are conflicting points of view.

Actively listening is not the same as agreement. It is a way of demonstrating that you intend to hear and understand another’s point of view. Here are some examples of active-listening statements:
“You’re annoyed by my lateness, aren’t you?”
“You sound really stumped难住about how to solve this problem.”
“I get the feeling you’re awfully busy right now.”

Active listening has several benefits:
It forces people to listen attentively to others.
It avoids misunderstandings, as people have to confirm that they do really understand what ...another person has said.
It tends to open people up, to get them to say more. When people are in conflict, they often contradict矛盾each other, denying否认 the opponents description of a situation.

What motivation us want to make changes in our work and lives? Many great people throughout the country have ever wanted to make changes but just a few of them get successful make changes on their life. Having good idea planning and implementing of Goals are considers two different matters. First of all we need to know ourselves strengths and weaknesses point in order to completion the changes. From our strengths point we can expand and shaper the skills whereas for our weaknesses point we can develop some knowledge to build ourselves capabilities.

-Lack of necessary skills.

Most of the time we simply recognize our limitation like short of necessary skills, but they may not thinks get help from others people and seeks the resources from other ways. We should be not always perfect or knowing all the things at all times.

-Comparing yourself with others.

Some of us like to compare ourselves to others, especially with the successful person, then they feel themselves why so stupid, less educated, lack creativity, no nice or handsome and others. They always speak out “I also can be better than them, but I just not good enough in some portion……” by excuse themselves with many reasons.

-Without or Failing to prioritize and manage the time.

It is critical to have an idea planning and mange the time carefully in daily, weekly and yearly tasks/Goals. If we have successfully achieving our Goals, we must “REWARD” ourselves or else we will feel very tired or lost of something in the process of achieving goals, and then we will simply drop down all the plan without achieve the goals. Let assuming that if we unfortunately have failed to achieve the goals, we must immediately evaluate the goals and the ways without delay the time until not the end.

-Not knowing what we want.

We must identify what we want and your priorities in your life. They should be purposeful and valuable, for example “Making Money”, so you must carefully list down the necessary planning steps, the basic things is getting one Diary book for planning daily tasks and so on.

-Tackle the whole Goals at once.

The whole Goals must be broken down by short and long terms and track the goals down daily, weekly and yearly to achieve them following steps by steps or else it will seem to be very difficult to achieve the goals.

Managing Your Fear.

Manage your fear by handling it to the comfort zone. It is sounds easy but not always possible to reduce all your fears. Handling your fear is an essential skills when you are undertaking changing and become fear. If we allow our fears to control us and often to run away from it, we can lose sight of the reasons why we have decided to make the changes in the first place. Below are the some strategies for managing your fear.


* Talk about your fear to your friends and family, or else special consultant by seek and listen to ...their encouragement.

* Use affirmations肯定to challenge your negative inner voice by repeating how well you are ...performing in this particular task.

* Allow yourself to feel fear as it is the common things when changes want to make the things

-Do something that you have never tried before.
-Take a complete stranger each day.
-Thinks of a situation that you would normally want to avoid.
-Do something that you know but lazy don’t want to do.

-Go to school /work.
-Deal with the email

Handling Stress

Stress压力happened letting us know that the demands are exceed our ability to cope. If the stressful situation passes, we return to a normal state. It is useful to get to know our stress and how to deal to make it successful in implementing the changes that we want to introduce in our project plan.


Become knowledgeable about stress, ask yourself the following subsequent questions:

Where does it happen?
How does it affect me?
What can I do to reduce my level of stress?

Who can I ask to support me?

Self-Enhancing Thoughts




Achievements in positive qualities for example: 1) I am friendly 2) I have a degree 3) I can handle my mood etc. Carry out as many as possible list of positive messages and take them out when you feeling down or lacking in confidence.


The next time when you hear your negatives, challenge it, try to replace negative messages with supportive ones for example: 1) It is Okay to make mistakes 2) I’m not lazy but just need time to think about how to proceed 3) I’m not stupid, although I still can’t achieve certain target. By becoming aware of them, you will begin to understand how to unblock you’re an ability and becoming to succeed. This process of challenge can establish you with more confidence and help to raise your self-esteem.

Building self-esteem is the essential to your well-being in order to getting your projects started and enable to see them through to the end with success.

->Develop effective skill by use your free time productivity and learn to say “no” to others person if unwanted. Acknowledge your problem as soon as they appear and don’t blaming others for certain situation. Emotions are a valuable indicator to make things either going well or not in your every day life.

Develop your lifestyle by doing a little exercise in alternative day, for example Yoga and jogging. Eat a healthy diet and avoid the consumption of caffeine and alcohol.
