The first step to become success is committed the things done and effort worthwhile. To make this happen can be divided into two categories, one require an effort of will actually to do and other the acts are easy but need trying to do them ever day

The examples that need Effort:
-Do something that you have never tried before.
-Take a complete stranger each day.
-Thinks of a situation that you would normally want to avoid.
-Do something that you know but lazy don’t want to do.

The examples that need repetition each day:
-Go to school /work.
-Deal with the email
-a newspaper.
-Clean the place
