Aggression in humans may be physical or verbal, whereas in animals it may be manifest as a threat or as an attack. There are various 'kinds' of aggressive behaviour.
When I’m being aggressive:
& I make decisions for others.
& I treat others with less respect.
& I express opinion as fact and don’t listen to others.
& I say ‘I am sorry but…’ and attack.
& I say what I want, often demandingly and at length.
& I violate other people’s right.
& I take responsibility for others.
& I look for ‘win/lose’ in disagreements.
